The MODULO LSM is a floor-anchored, semi-automatic parking system that independently multiplies parking spaces. It combines a support structure, a hydraulic system with power unit and electrical components into a flexibly scalable solution.
The system is the ideal answer for dense urban developments where building a conventional or underground reinforced-concrete car park is not feasible. It can be expanded both vertically – from level 0 up to level +4 – and horizontally, parking up to six vehicles on a single conventional space.
Thanks to its very quiet operation, the LSM is also suitable for use inside residential buildings. Each unit has its own control panel, secured against unauthorised use with a dedicated key. The number and arrangement of spaces are tailored to the individual project.
